Forage & Dye Workshop: Garlic Mustard

Forage & Dye Workshops with Sasha Botanica & Liminal Textiles

We are excited to bring back our Forage & Dye Workshops—this time with a new creative twist. Across four seasonal workshops—Spring, Summer, Late Summer, and Autumn—we will explore the magic of plant dyes and seasonal color, weaving together foraging, plant dyeing, and fiber arts into a hands-on, immersive experience.

Each session will feature a different locally foraged plant, which we will gather together and transform into a dye bath. Experiment with silk scraps, ribbons, and yarn on your own lap loom to weave your own textural tapestry - layering together naturally dyed materials to create a piece that reflects the shifting landscape around us.

This workshop series is an invitation to:
Learn the basics of plant dyeing and the properties of local dye plants
Create with intention, using handwoven techniques to express seasonal colors
Connect with the land, the plants, and a like-minded creative community
Slow down and weave moments of stillness, color, and texture into your practice

Each participant will take home their own weaving - piece of the season woven into fiber.

$60/person

Space is limited. Register in advance to reserve your spot!
