Held in a spacious mountain home, Mabel’s Rest, and set within 136 acres of private land, this weekend is an invitation to remember that your body is an altar, and to offer it love and reverence. We'll share meals made with ingredients from local farms, learn how to make herbal infused body oil for ritual body oiling, and have plenty of down time for creative down time — hike in the woods, bathe in the salt water pool, or spend time in the Finnish sauna.

❋ Nourishing The Body
Meals for the retreat will be simple and fresh, made with ingredients grown on nearby farms, reflecting what’s in season and available from the local landscape. Herbal teas will be served throughout the weekend, blended to support the energetics of summer—cooling, hydrating, and uplifting.

❋ Gathering in Community
We’ll spend the weekend together in a shared space—sitting in circle, talking, listening, and moving through each part of the day as a group. This is a supportive, respectful environment that encourages ease, connection, and openness.

❋ Creative Down Time & Exploration
The property includes 130 acres of woods with walking trails, a saltwater pool, and a Finnish sauna. There will be open time throughout the weekend for you to use the space in whatever way feels best—walking the trails, swimming, resting, or spending time outside.

❋ Seasonal Body
We’ll explore how the summer season shows up in the body—through energy levels, heat, and overall rhythm. The weekend includes morning movement outdoors. We’ll also work with herbal infused oils and learn the practice of body oiling, a simple way to help cool the system, support the skin, and stay grounded during the heat of summer.

Join us in High Falls NY for summer solstice weekend exploring dreams as a form of telepathic connection—an ancient language shared between humans, nature, and the unseen world. Throughout the weekend, we will work with practices for strengthening dream recall, recognizing personal symbols, and cultivating awareness within the dream state. 

We will explore the ways dreams communicate through image and synchronicity, and how telepathic connection may arise through the subtle channels of sleep and altered consciousness.

Saturday afternoon, Dan will guide the group through practices in plant perception, instinct, and intuitive awareness. Through plant-sense meditations, intuitive sit spots in the woods, and a blindfolded forest walk, participants will explore instinctual connection with the natural world and practice listening beyond ordinary perception. Together we will engage the subtle languages of plants, landscape, and embodied intuition as a pathway into telepathic awareness, deep attention, and trust in the senses our ancestors once relied upon for survival.

Following these practices, Sasha will lead participants in crafting their own dream talisman or symbolic anchor point for dreamwork—an object created to deepen relationship with recurring dream imagery, inner guidance, and dream awareness.

In the evening, we will gather for a mugwort ceremony and group lucid dreaming experiment. Participants will sleep close to the land with shared intentions for dream connection, telepathic exploration, and heightened dream awareness.

In the morning, we will gather for dream sharing, symbolic interpretation, and discussion around practices for continuing dreamwork beyond the weekend.
