Forage + Natural Dye Workshop - Garlic Mustard

During this Foraging and Natural Dye Workshop we will focus on Garlic Mustard. We will learn about ethical foraging and how to create a natural dye bath with the Garlic Mustard we harvest.

We will also forage for other early spring herbs such as violet leaf and flower, dandelion, chickweed and cleavers. With these herbs we will all make an herbal pesto and learn to make an herbal spring vinegar you will be able to take home.

Our goal for these workshops is not just about teaching - we want to help grow a community of creative learning. Whether you have studied herbalism for years or are just beginning, our workshops are designed for us all to collaborate, learn together and co-create.

You will learn:

-ethical foraging

-how to make an herbal vinegar

-basics of natural dyeing


You will bring home:

-One naturally dyed 35”x35” silk scarf

-12oz herbal vinegar

-Foraging and Materia Medica info packet of spring herbs
